We keep our small scale commercial mushroom growing unique week to week, depending on what grows best when.

Our state of the art grow room is filled with mushrooms blocks, home to organic mycelium grown in organic substrate.
Once the mycelium has spread throughout the substrate, our organic mushrooms fruit, producing MOFGA certified organic mushrooms.

In our up-cycled shipping container on an island off the Maine coast, each harvested mushroom batch goes direct to market or transforms into our value-added mushroom delights.
