Grilled Oyster Mushrooms
Looking to add something to the grill this summer?
Oyster mushrooms - especially our black pearl, King trumpet, and blue oysters are the perfect addition. Perfect marinated on a kabob, grilled quickly, and in addition to - or on top of - whatever else you’ve got going. We love them brushed with pesto.
Mushrooms (kings, blue oysters, black pearl)
marinade or olive oil/salt + pepper
Peel mushrooms apart into whole pieces and skewer them. Douse them with olive oil, brush them with pesto, or soak them in a marinade of choice.
Heat the grill. Place whole mushrooms skewered onto the grill on a hot but warm spot on the grill. Flip generously until they are tender. They don’t take long!
Enjoy them on top of a burger or in place of one.
